Order Processing
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed. All orders should receive an order confirmation notification via email after the order. A shipping notification will follow after your order is processed containing your order’s tracking number. Sometimes our notifications can be labeled as Spam/Junk by your email provider. As this is out of our control please make sure to add sales@asphaltkillerz.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our notifications. If you have registered an account with your order all order status information can also be found online within “My Account”
*If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that your order was shipped, please contact sales@asphaltkillerz.com immediately for your tracking number.

We normally ship via USPS, offering customers First Class Mail, and Priority Mail services. Some items on our site may require a different shipping method such as FedEx or UPS. We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All orders containing pre-order items will be shipped beyond our standard processing times. Estimated ship dates are provided but are subject to any potential delays and changes. All pre-order orders containing non-pre-order items will be shipped together with the pre-order items.
ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES, HOLIDAYS,
AND OTHER HIGH VOLUME TIMES
Special circumstances such as national holidays or sales may delay processing times. Although we will do our best to get orders out as soon as possible please allow 1-2 business days in these circumstances. The transit time of shipping for domestic and international orders may also be delayed by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. (These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider– including, but not limited to: Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)

REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM WWW.ASPHALTKILLERZCOM NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS. STRICTLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Our goal at ASPHALT KILLERZ is customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product we are more than willing to do an exchange or issue you store credit.
If you have purchased an item from ASPHAPLTKILLERZ.COM, you may exchange it for a different color, size, or style of equal or lesser value. You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) to make an exchange (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about making a return).
Before returning the item(s) you must contact us and wait for a reply confirmation.

When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
A copy of your original invoice and a copy of the correspondence regarding your exchange. Please also write your order number visibly on the package. Items not in the same condition as it was when you received it are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and the condition of the product upon inspection. If we do not have the item available, we can issue you store credit. If the exchange item(s) is of lesser value then a store credit will be provided for the difference.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees involved when an exchange or a return for store credit is requested. Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the CANCELLATION of your exchange and store credit may be automatically disbursed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 7-10 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/return to be processed. If an exchange was requested the customer will be billed via email for reshipment costs unless otherwise stated.

If ever you require an exchange or return as a result of an error made by us, such as incorrect size or style, we will ship the exchange and provide return postage at our cost.
PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES will be eligible on sale and significantly discounted items including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and items displayed under the “Sale” section on ASPHALTKILLERZ.COM. We recommend you contact us before ordering, to inquire about a particular item being eligible for exchanges or store credit.
ASPHALT KILLERZ INC. reserves the right to refuse exchanges requested from orders made on special sales and from items purchased under the Sales Category on our online site. THESE ARE FINAL SALE.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic and/or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ASPHALT KILLERZ, INC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition, with the original packing receipt within 7 days of delivery, subject to compliance with all other terms and conditions of the ASPHALTKILLERZ.COM Return Policy. Please refer directly to that policy for additional information.
FRAUD PREVENTION
ASPHALT KILLERZ INC. takes fraud prevention very seriously. We will continually work to protect the security of our customers. We reserve the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes. This may cause delays in processing. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact information and customer service representatives will make any correspondence attempts to the contact information provided. Flagged orders may be held from processing to await an explanation regarding the variance between the billing and shipping information provided.
First-time orders from new customers at above-average dollar amounts may only be authorized to ship to the billing address provided. Orders submitted using unsupported credit card information (often international) may be asked to confirm authorization by submitting a government-issued identification card that matches the information on file with the bank for the credit card holder. International customers who elect to ship to freight forwarding/drop shipping companies may have their orders canceled at managerial discretion.

ASPHALT KILLERZ INC therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). UPS & FedEx Ground Transit Times
The time it takes for you to receive your package is the transit time. Transit times do not include the date of shipment and any other non-business days. For most shipments, the following map will show the approximate transit times for FedEx ground shipments. ASPHALTKILLERZ.COM is not liable for any exceptions to transit times applied by UPS or FedEx.
USPS Priority Transit Times
The time it takes for you to receive your package is the transit time. Transit times do not include the date of shipment, Sundays, or any official government holidays. For most shipments, the following map will show the approximate transit times for the United States Postal Service Priority shipping. We also offer USPS First Class mail for packages under 13 oz. which takes 7-10 business days and is not shown on the map below.
International
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We ship to All of Europe, Japan, S. Korea, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please make sure to pick your country in the drop-down. If you are in Europe and your country does not show please email us at sales@asphaltkillerz.com
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ASPHALT KILLERZ INC. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
International Payment
Any international order should have payment made via Paypal for easy transactions. We also accept Western Union or bank wire transfers please email us for details. International orders paid with a credit card on our site will often get declined due to address fields. We recommend using Paypal.
