Covers for Porsche® LWBs for 992.1 GT3, GT3RS, Dakar, S/T, GTS and Turbo

Important Note – For 992.1 GT3, GT3 RS, Dakar, ST, GTS, and Turbo models, the passenger-side airbag pressure sensor differs from the earlier 991 long-wheelbase seat design. In these vehicles, the sensor is incorporated into the factory foam section located within the lower passenger seat cushion.

Due to this configuration, the original passenger seat bottom foam must remain in place and cannot be exchanged for a new foam insert as was possible with the 991 platform.  Installation requires removing the factory upholstery cover from the existing foam cushion and fitting the new cover in its place. This being said, we offer just the covers. Since you doing 1 seat it’s not much more time to do the other 3 pieces and this saves you lots of money. We have included a Youtube video below.

The procedure is straightforward: the cover is attached underneath the cushion with Velcro and can be removed and reinstalled once the lower seat cushion has been separated from the carbon-fiber seat shell.
