How to get tuned
The All New FlashZilla PRO tool. Allowing you to flash your vehicle from the comfort of your drivers seat wherever you have an internet connection. This OBD flashing device connects users directly to the InstaTune catalog through the FlashZilla Tuning Portal. Using the supplied USB cable, simply connect your device to a laptop and plug in to your vehicles OBD port.

Any Combination of Remove DPF. Adblue, EGR, and/or Intake Swirl flap. Items can be individually selected during tuning DPF must be removed when selecting DPF delete. Items such as Adblue,EGR, and/or Intake Swirl Flap can be electronically removed . Delete tunes are available for Off-Road use and where emiisions laws do not apply. Please note that some off-road areas may still be subject to emissions regulations. Always check locals laws befor use.

- There are no hardware upgrade requirements for this tune. It is designed to work with all factory hardware.

Stage 2:

This stage 2 file does not require any hardware upgrades. It is designed to work with all factory hardware.
Removal of factory equipped hardware is optional, and will require the necessary tune add-ons. It should be noted that the Stage 2 tune does use higher temperature limits that may affect drivability during towing. We recommend that if you are using your vehicle for towing, it is best to use Stage 1.
Stage 2.5:
- 246HP (+47HP over stock)
- 444LB-FT (+84LB-FT over stock)
- Increased reliability, lower maintenance costs
This Stage 2.5 tune does not require any hardware upgrades. It is designed to work with all factory hardware. But a DPF upgrade is recommended. Removal of factory equipped hardware is optional, and will require the necessary tune add-ons. It should be noted that the Stage 2.5 tune may affect drivability during towing due to the higher EGTs. We recommend that if you are using your vehicle for towing, it is best to use Stage 1. If you plan to run the 2.5 tune, we recommend a thorough maintenance and mechanical once over. Due to the extreme demands of this tune, it can uncover any deficiencies in your powertrain.
Stage 3:
The Stage 3 tune is designed to work with a turbo upgrade. Note that this setup will require a clutch upgrade for a manual car or a DSG tune for an automatic transmission.

Stage Plus TCU Tune
For Stage 3 tuning, a TCU tune is required. Customers can download our Complimentary Stage Plus TCU tune which will increase the torque limits of the TCU to work seamlessly with the ECU. If you wish to have all of the features of our Stage 1 TCU tune, you can purchase the Stage 1 TCU tune for an additional cost.
Dynamic Idle:
Speed up engine-warm up with a 1,100 RPM (or another RPM of your choice) idle. The idle will return to stock state (approximately 830RPM) by 70C (158F) coolant temperature. Results may vary
